Sunflowers On Parade.

There have been a few 'And So It Crows' quilts getting finished this Fall!  

Love how this quilter changed the pattern by adding pumpkins!

Here's a look at the full pattern quilted with an all over panto called Marmalade.  Looks terrific!  Quilted by Kim Coons of Goldendale, Washington

Don't be intimidated by all those small pieces!  For the sunflower petals, bird tails and beaks, I use the Magic 8 Method to create half square triangles. 
The pattern calls for enlarged fabric squares, making 8 half square triangles at a time and bigger than needed. This allows each half square triangle to be trimmed to size, creating accuracySweeeeet!
